By reserving a seat or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Reservations
Seats are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Due to the limited number of seats available, reservations operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Communal Dining Experience
The supper club is designed as a communal dining experience where guests may be seated with others. By reserving a seat, guests acknowledge and accept this format.
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave if behaviour compromises the safety or comfort of others.
Cancellations & Refunds
As each supper is planned and sourced in advance, cancellations are not refundable.
Where possible, guests may transfer their seat to another person with prior notice.
In the rare case that the supper must be postponed or cancelled by the host, guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future date.
Event Changes
Menus, venues, or event details may change due to seasonal availability or unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be informed of any significant changes.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Guests are requested to share dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, not all dietary needs or allergies can always be accommodated.
Guests with severe allergies attend at their own discretion.
Photography & Media
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during events for documentation or social media. Guests may inform the host if they prefer not to appear in such content.
